On Friday evening, the Ian Barker Gardens team celebrated the end of another year at our annual Staff Christmas Party! This year, staff were lucky enough to be treated to dinner, drinks and a private Gold Class screening of the new James Bond movie Spectre at Rivoli Cinemas. The Christmas Party is always a wonderful chance for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company outside of a work environment, and this year was no exception.
Every year at the Christmas Party, those staff members who have excelled consistently throughout the year are recognized and celebrated with our Employee of the Year Awards. The awards are voted for by all staff members of the company, with prizes handed out for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. There is also a ‘Coach’s Award’ given to an employee who is considered a rising star in the company.
Employees who win these awards have made an extraordinary contribution to the company and have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to their work. A huge congratulations to the following staff members who took out the awards this year!!
