Love garden design and plants? Looking for a new challenge in 2026?
We have an extremely rare position available for a Plant Buyer to join our team.
This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of our design and construction process. As our Plant Buyer, you’ll be the key point of contact between our design team, construction crews, suppliers and clients for all aspects of plant supply across our high-end residential projects.
You’ll be sourcing plants, coordinating deliveries, managing our office nursery, producing planting plans, and working closely with our design team. This isn’t just about purchase orders – you’ll be problem-solving, liaising with clients, and ensuring every project has the right plants delivered at the right time.
About You
This role requires strong organisational and logistics experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Your horticultural knowledge and passion for the industry will be a real asset as you navigate plant availability and substitutions and work to bring our designs to life.
Previous plant-buying experience will be highly regarded.
Please note that while horticultural knowledge is valuable for this role, it isn’t required from day one and can be learnt.
