MIFGS Update: Introducing….Graniteworks

Graniteworks are proud supporters of Ian Barker Gardens at the 2015 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show.We are now only five days away from the start of the MIFGS build and the excitement is starting to grow! Today the stone for our garden finally arrived at Graniteworks, all ready to be delivered to site tomorrow. Simon and the team at Graniteworks are kindly providing us with the stone for this year’s garden ‘Cross Roads’, and we can’t wait to see how it looks!
We will be using a mixture of ‘Granito Grey’ granite paving and bluestone paving inserts for the garden paving. It will interesting to see how the light grey smooth finish of the granite paving contrasts with the darker and rougher faced finish of the bluestone inserts. The stacked bluestone for the benches and the pond interior will also be a mixture of rough and smooth faced pieces, which will help to create interest and texture in the garden.

The amazing team at Granite Works have been supplying Victorians with high quality natural stone since 1999. Founded with expert advice and professional service in mind, today they have expanded their business to supply innovative solutions to both retail and trade clients in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, and anywhere else you may require upon enquiry.

Specialising in natural stone and supplying only A grade materials, Graniteworks can provide all natural stones made to order for any design you require. With their years of experience, expertise and product development, their product is backed by excellent service, support and a guarantee to please.

Thanks Graniteworks!!!
